Coincidentally I booked this and then a month later the Celtics won the NBA championship so we had front row seats to the parade, 6 floors above the chaos on the street. That alone made the price way worth it. Other than that, the place is great. Looks just like the photos and the Evonify staff is super responsive and helpful. The building is older and could use some updates, but the apartment itself is pretty nice. We contacted them twice - once about the WiFi and once about a slow drain in the shower. They helped solve both issues very quickly. Location is great right off the Boston Commons, but it’s very noisy, as expected in a city.
This place is true to this pictures. It was nosy at night but it’s on the corner of a major intersection so that’s to be expected. The AC was mediocre, it never got below 74 which was hot for us for sleeping. As far as cleanliness, it’s definitely clean but the apartment is in an old building so I wouldn’t say it’s squeaky clean. Beautiful apartment and the instructions for getting in were easy to navigate. There’s a 24 hour lobby guard which was comforting for three women traveling alone. Overall, it’s a good stay.
Perfect location for a weekend in Boston.
