- Roof top pool. 'from memorial day weekend until mid Sept'

Checkin:

- You must let us know if you have a service animal.
- Emotional support animals are not allowed.
- Service animals must be accompanied at all time and must have a service animal harness at all time.
Important requirements:
- You must be 25 years or older.
- We require our guests to submit a check-in form online via our portal.
- We do require a copy of your ID submitted on our portal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- This reservation is subject to a security deposit not more than $500.
- If your reservation is over 28 nights, we require a security deposit of $5000.
- Security deposits are refunded within 7 business days from your check-out date.
- Security deposits can be submitted via our portal.
ZERO-TOLERANCE-POLICY:
- You must be 25 years or older. If you are under the age of 25 then your reservation will be canceled.
- Smoking will result in a smoke removal fee of $350.
- Complaints regarding smoking will result of termination of your reservation.
- Parties and events are NOT allowed whatsoever.
- If you're going to use this apartment for commercial filming then you MUST contact us for an approval prior to booking.
It was a great area but we had some issues 1 Check in - check in was not a keypad as indicated - you had to go to a 7-11 to pick up the key from a key lock box which was about a 10 minute walk 2 There was no key for us at the lock box - although Jean responded quickly to our messages we waited almost 45 minutes with our luggage at a 7/11. Someone came in asked if we were the guests and just gave us the key without verifying anything. So a bit sketch - I thought it was also odd they didn’t verify the key was in the box after cleaning. 3 We ran out of toilet paper and instead of dropping it off they asked if we could buy some and reimburse it. Considering they’re a corporate host versus a true home it was unprofessional. Plus we were there for like 3 days so made no sense why it would run out 4 Our tubs both clogged.when we asked to remediate it, we had to be in the unit to let them in - they didn’t have another key which didn’t make sense since we left the key in the unit at checkout
Apartment was clean and looked new. Comfortable beds and a great location. Check in was not with a code as the listing states but communication with host was very good. Would definitely recommend
Comfortable apartment, walkable to most places, we did Uber a few places because some places were 2miles away ( north end) Our hosts were INCREDIBLY a responsive! I had a question about the laundry and they responded and fixed the problem within 5minutes. The extra mattress was more comfortable than an air mattress. Would def choose this over paying the same amount for a 1 bedroom hotel in the seaport district.
