Location is good if you're looking for something close to the UT campus. Host was responsive and timely with check-in instructions. However, the stay did not match the photos posted and there were issues with cleanliness when we arrived.
After making Evonify aware of the fact there was a burned out light in our living room (it was the main source of light in a very small apartment), no one came by to fix it. Also, someone had broken the bathroom mirror in a previous stay, and they just didn't replace it. The air conditioning unit is noisy, and you can hear everything going on in the units around you. Virtually no soundproofing. And, you can't reach anyone by phone! They were very responsive via the AirBNB app, but if no one ever comes by to fix the things you make them aware of...what is the point?
Was very excited about the place. However, when I checked in someone was already in the unit. Then once they finally got a hold of me and told me where my new reservation was, it did not have any of the amenities that were in the original listing.
