Very spacious! Love the patio outside and great area to stay in. Host was great! I’d def look for this place next time I’m in Austin.

Not worth it

I’ll try to keep this concise & just as possible. Upon first arrival, the apt was nothing like the photos, it was a completely different unit, but it was clean, spacious...so no big deal. I quickly noticed that you could hear any footstep, pen drop, chair moving from upstairs - you name it. Typically, I would let this slide, but the upstairs inhabitants never stopped/never slept. I had to wake up around 430AM for a meeting & I think they stopped for maybe an hour. They were back up to walking around & talking before I was even out of bed. Needless to say, I got no sleep. Now, the doozy of my work trip was the last day. Somehow, the deadbolt locked from the inside & I was locked out of the apt. It took about 9 hours for me to be able to get back in & it involved Austin Police showing up because it was believed that perhaps a previous tenant (who has drug charges,) might have had a key & returned. (Locks were changed.) Naturally, I did not stay the last night. Not only was this unsettling, as a single woman travelling alone, but the owner never followed back up with me AND I never heard back from Airbnb either! I have unread messages on top of an extra hotel charge for that night. I felt unsafe & ignored. I’ve never been in a situation like this & I will never stay at at Evonify location again. It is laughable that I got a text message, upon my supposed checkout, from Evonify offering a 10% discount on my next stay. I gave a couple of days before typing my review in hopes of some type of personal apology, but both parties continue to choose to ignore me.
