Great place, great location

Good: good kitchen. Clean inside unit. Very good a/c to cool unit. Convenient digital lock on door. Convenient parking in lot off the street short distance from unit. Bad: the blinds in both bedroom and living room were missing slats meaning anyone walking by could look in - and since neighborhood isn’t great this was a concern. I called day one of my stay to tell Evonify and although I stayed for five nights it never got fixed. Toilet wasn’t refilling either and they did fix that promptly. Apartment itself has new and very clean appliances and is in good shape. Bed could be a bit more comfortable but not bad The building is not in bad shape but outside unit was not well maintained. Some broken glass and trash in the courtyard. Neighborhood feels rundown

The AC did not work and was not fixed even after I got in contact with the host. The bed broke my second use, which was my last use. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations and tv playing from the adjacent apartments and walking above you. There’s a dog next door that howls incessantly. The window blinds were cheap and fell off with just a touch letting people able to clearly see inside the apartment. The bathroom is tiny. It is in a decent area not quite walking distance from the downtown action but ubering worked fine. My partner wants to reiterate that it was the worst experience she’s had 😬
