Very disappointed in the host and disgusted w/ their property. The unit was false advertised, I was charged a deposit and then told the unit had issues after already paying my deposit. They sent me to a different location that was smaller than what I booked, and it was roach and bug infested. Even the bedsheets were dirty and stained. I reached out to the host and asked them to resolve the issue, they then asked for pictures/proof to be submitted which I have several that were immediately sent over, I still have yet to receive a response from them. Air bnb however was amazing and refunded me for majority of my stay and said they would reach out to the host in regards to refunding my $100 deposit (because deposits are outside of the scope of air bnb) mind you I was supposed to receive the deposit back at the end of my stay as long as there were no damages to the property which their weren’t! Of course I never heard back from the host. All in all I give them 0 stars & DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Not a bad place to stay. Pretty good value.
We had a great stay. Jean/ Evonify are great hosts. The unit was clean and well stocked. There were some minor requests I had re the TV which were immediately addressed. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
