Exactly as advertised. The area is a bit sketchy but not unsafe.
I did not stay at this specific location due to the reason of the AC not working. My host was extremely kind enough to move my stay somewhere more convenient, safe, more accessible Airbnb. With this location the other tenants were very noisy and seems to not respect privacy for other tenants. The apartment itself had cockroaches, the sinks, bath, floors weren’t really clean. It looked clean, but the apartment needs a good deep cleaning every once in a while.
