For cleanliness, communication and accuracy from the host, provision of basic amenities, and value for the area, this spot was very good. The location is a mixed bag. While this address puts you very close to Boston Common and easy, quick T rides to lots of "must-sees", it's convenient location comes at the cost of LOTS of nighttime and early morning noise. The host thoughtfully notes noise in the stay description and provides fans for each bedroom, but the white noise, (and decently comfortable beds), aren't sufficient to drown out the sirens, car horns, and garbage trucks. Also, one of the bedroom windows was missing a shade, so if the sound doesn’t get you, the sunrise might. Other perks of note include a 24/7 security guard in the lobby and a Trader Joe's just a little over a mile away. So, if you're a traveler that leans "luxe", this spot likely won't satisfy you, but for those looking for a clean, comfortable space, (and can sleep soundly with earplugs), this is a solid choice.
