The apartment:
- 2x queen size beds

- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.

Loved the location of the apartment. Literally steps away from Boston Commons and the Subway. It had good food and drink options within walking distance as well. It is an older apartment building, but our apartment was nice and served our needs. Everything was communicated as far as sign ins, passwords and the building security men were all nice. As mentioned in previous reviews, it is noisy…noisier than anticipated, so I bought earplugs on day 2 because we are used to the countryside! CVS was just down the street and we used it for our convenience to have snacks, drinks and small stuff since we were there a week. We rented a car one day, which honestly was not needed in hindsight, but the parking fees for the garages seemed expensive to me. Traffic can be chaotic and we did just great the rest of the week with the subway, and took the train up to Salem and Gloucester. I worked some from the location and the Wi-Fi was work worthy. We had a few minor needs that were immediately addressed by Evonify. Their immediate correspondence even on a holiday was appreciated.
First and foremost, the location is great. Everything we wanted to do on our visit was within walking distance and the neighborhood felt very safe. There are dozens and dozens of food options within a few minutes from the apartment. The kitchen and the living room/bedroom were clean and comfortable. The bathroom needed plenty of attention, though. Paint was peeling and flaking in the shower and on one of the bathroom walls. One of the bulbs over the mirror was burnt out but it wasn't that big of a deal because the mirror had been torn out of the medicine cabinet and was missing. The towel bars had been removed from the shower doors and one of the exposed screws was still present and poking out into the shower. Maybe by the time other people book the apartment, this will all be taken care of. For me though, I was expecting a properly maintained, hazard-free unit and this place fell short.
The spot was bigger that expected, we comfortably fit 3 adults with plenty of room to spare!
