Location- Pretty good location. However all day there are a homeless people that bunch up at the entrance of the building and also the parking garage across the street. They knock on your windows and ask for change and also are smoking pot and cat calling as you walk through them. If your not from a big city it’s pretty uncomfortable. Host- They put us in the wrong room and when we got there the place was not what we expected. I called AirBnB and the host got ahold of us and they said they changed our unit but never delivered the change to us. We moved all 5 of us late night and loved to a better unit. The host was good prior to stay getting back to us however during was not responding at all. 22 Dec i asked about towels never got a response and today is the 26 of Dec. Cleanliness- The unit we actually stayed in was clean. Amenities- 2 of 4 burners worked kinda frustrating. Again I’m kinda knit picking but with lack of response next person won’t have it fixed. Parking- The garage across the street is safe besides having to walk through some people. Use Spot hero the app saved us a bunch of money. However there are not many places that will let you in and out throughout the day. We paid an average of $14 from like 5pm -1030am the next day. Be sure to look at the windows as we noticed the windows were unlocked and opened with the blinds all the way down and closed. We were on the 5th floor could’ve been a disaster.
Highly recommended! You can’t beat the price for a place like this in the Boston area. Very centrally located, you’re just a short walk or bike/Uber ride away from any and everything. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to get us checked in early which was very much appreciated. Check in and check out were super easy as well. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would return again!
Place was very nice and for the price a perfect stay. Located close by restaurants and convenience stores/pharmacies, it was very easy to get essentials and food. Definitely worth every penny
