- Located in Downtown Boston Theatre District Area.
- Few steps away from the Orange Line Downtown Crossing.
- 2 mins walking to Green Line Train Boylston Station.
- 5 mins walking to Red Line Train.
- Few steps away to the Commons Park.
The apartment:
- 2x king size bed and 1x Sofa bed.
- the bigger bedroom is a bedroom and livingroom
- 5 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremely expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera.
- Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
- AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
This location was perfect, right across from the Boston Commons. Easily walkable to many locations. It fit my party of 5 guests, although the bathroom was very tiny. Evonify was quick to respond via text when I had a question about extra towels and the check out process was super easy.
À notre arrivée pas de serviettes de toilettes et la lampe principale hors service. Nous avons signalé . Dans la salle de bains rouille dans la baignoire, pare-douche bloqué, joints abîmés, surfaces écaillées, plafond délabré (du papier absorbant bouchait un trou ! ) sèche-cheveux non nettoyé . Le 2eme jour : un drap de lit déchiré par l’usure . signalé aussi . En refaisant ce lit nous avons découvert l’état de saleté du protège-matelas tâché et déchiré (photos envoyées à l’hôte ) drap de lit de replacement fourni trop petit pour le lit Le 2eme jour : serviette manquante fournie et réparation de la lampe. l’hôte s’est excusé à plusieurs reprises par messages mais qu’est-ce que cela change, quand le minimum n’a pas été fait initialement ? Plus que le prix, c’est une question de respect, de sincérité et de sérieux . Nous sommes hébergeurs en France, jamais nous n’oserions !… Pas de table dans cuisine . Pas de tapis de bains … irrespectueux vraiment
