We stayed here while dropping our son off at Emerson college. The location is incredible. Easy to access. The space is large…easily large enough for a family of 4. Bathroom is tiny but clean and functional. The overall space is old…it’s in a historic building like most of the theater district… but tidy and close to some incredible restaurants. If you’re looking for something sleek and modern you’ll probably want to keep searching. But if you appreciate quirky and value location like us (T station is a 30 second walk!!!) this place is perfect!!!
We came down for our friends birthday, this place was perfectly located within a 20 minute walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see and was very clean and cute. Our only complaints were that the bathroom was very tiny and the shower door wouldn’t shut and the queen bed in the private bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable because the pillow top was worn out. With that said, we would definitely rent from here again because of the location and convenience of the unit. Plus Jean was helpful and very fast at getting back to us.
Great location but the building is very old and poorly maintained. The revolving door at the front is janky, the elevator was glitching or dirty, the staircase door was blocked, the drop ceiling in the bathroom was gross. Oh, and there were zero towels provided until 26 hours after I checked in.
