Floors and carpets extremely dirty, customer service had zero communication with their ground maintenance team-- our washer stopped working on its own and they kept saying the maintenance team on ground will come and fix but it was never fixed for the entire time we stayed there. You are basically on your own there! That place definitely needs pest control. The entire building smelled like smoke. Clogged drain all over the washrooms! One washroom was totally useless as it had only hot water coming. I have all the screesnhots of my communication and pictures in case anybody needs a proof for the above complaints!!
Check in process was very unclear hard and difficult , have to pay a security deposit of 200$ which wasn’t clear in booking. Parking can be hard to find . Host hard to contact with late check in times . I was calling him multiple times while I was having a hard time checking in , but didn’t get anyone till the next day . Space was nice and true to photos on Airbnb. Wouldn’t book again due to how difficult check in process was , I’m just happy it was at least clean for the hard time it took to get into the building.
Enjoyed my stay with Evonify. The check-in was very easy and smooth. We didn't face any problem locating the property. It was as clean and beautiful as is shown in the pictures. We did run out of toilet rolls but the host is very quick with the response and resolved this issue for us in under 2 hours. The property is located at a walkable distance from the nearest NJ Transit station. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who's looking to book it.
