We had a wonderful stay in Somerville. Everything was clean and well furnished. I was a little hesitant to book at first because of the deposit but we got the deposit back promptly a few days after we left. We had an issue with the locks deactivating and locking us out but received a new code quickly and it seemed to be a whole building issue. This location is fantastic for getting around Boston. It is right next to the highway and the train. Would book through E Stays again!
Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an area so close to public transportation and within walking distance of plenty of other shops and activities. The space was perfectly clean and looked exactly like the pictures, and E Stays was so incredibly responsive and fast when it came to any questions we had. Absolutely would stay here again!
Will give an honest and fair review. Located on the highway, getting inside is a nightmare with belongings. People outside honking and talking all night. Someone came into the apartment while I was in bed, which is visible from the front door. After reporting it to the host there was no communication, so ultimately I reported it to Airbnb as it was both a privacy and safety violation. Being that we were in town for important matters, we requested to shorten our stay to find somewhere we could get some proper rest considering the circumstances. Our request was denied despite having no update on who this person may have been and why they were strolling into the apartment unannounced. Privacy/safety isn’t a priority here. There’s a ton of other airbnbs in the area, just do yourself a favor and pick an alternative.
