- Located in University Hills area of Austin.
- 4.5 miles from UT.
- 13 mins drive from the Domain.
- 13 mins drive from the airport.
The apartment:
- This apartment has 2x queen beds, and 1x full size sofa bed
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- No washer/dryer inside the unit.
- This apartment is on the third floor. Stairs are required
- There is a small gym in the building.
Parking:
- Parking is available for two cars only.
- You have to provide your Vehicle information.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. fifth animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Pool:
- The pool is open from April until early November.
- The pool opening days are subject to weather. We don't have any control over that.
- We don't have control if the pool is closed due to maintenance.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

My stay was pleasant the host was very very nice and friendly they get a excellent on communicating and the apartment was very clean. the neighbor leave trash all around the doors., that a turn off for me.
the place was really good. I booked a 2B2B but they did not have that and gave a 2B1B. While it was communicated early, I would have liked a refund for a degrade.
We had a nice experience! Excellent communication! Heater was broken the first two nights and no fix. Luckily the last night we didn’t need it.
