The apartment:
- This apartment has 2x queen beds and 1x full size sofa bed.
- 2x full bathrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- The washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- A small terrace.
- The apartment is located on the third floor. Stairs are required.
Parking:
- Parking is available for one car only.
- No trailers, RVs, or commercials are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Pool:
- The pool is open from 9AM until 7PM
- The pool will be closed in the winter or during harsh weather.
- The pool is located in a different building in the complex. You may need to walk to the pool.
Gym:
- The gym is open 24/7
Check-in:
- Self flexible check-in.
- Unless you have approval, you must check-in on or after the indicated check-in time.
- The check-in instruction sheet will be emailed to you within 24 hours from check-in day.
Check-out:
- Unless you have approval, you must check-out on or before the indicated check-out time.
- Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges.
- Missing key fob will cost $250
You Must Know:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit of up to $350 for reservations under 28 nights.
- Reservations longer than 28 nights are subject to a $2000 security deposit, full background, and credit check.
- You are required to provide a picture of your ID and a selfie picture while holding your ID. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- You can provide the required pictures directly on our portal.
- We have doorbell cameras.
- Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee removal fee and may result in termination of your reservation.
- Parties are absolutely not allowed under any circumstances. This will result in the termination of your reservation.
- Our system will automatically check if you have any violent criminal history. If you do, there is a chance we will cancel this reservation.

Although everything was amazing from the location of the property to surrounding activities, and great hosts, with fast and responsive communication the location of the apartment was right next to the road if you’re a light sleeper you might have trouble falling asleep or the sound of the cars driving by will wake you up
Basically the typical management company drill. Security deposit for more than the rent being paid, list of things to do to get checked in and Drivers License pic. Then they sent me the wrong unit number and I had to call and leave a message for them to call me back with the keypad code and the correct unit number. The place was clean but extremely generic - not like the old days of Air BnB with personal touches - it was like a cheap hotel with the bare minimum - a hotel would have been a better move at the price.
Apartment looks like the photos. Location was good for us as we were visiting family in Milbrook. We didn’t have a hairdryer in either bathroom but one was delivered during the day. The kitchen is fairly bare - not a problem if you aren’t going to cook, but we do cook, so it was a bit of a challenge. One thing that was strange was the lack of any kitchen towels. There were plenty of bath towels - but no extra blankets or sheets. This wasn’t a problem for us (considering that the temps were in the 90’s during our time there), but it could be inconvenient during cold weather.
