The Apartment:
- Luxury Two Bedrooms apartment.
- 1x Queen bed, and 1x King bed as well as a full size sofa bed.
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
- 2 full bathrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in process.
- Washer and dryer inside.
The Building:
- There is a small rooftop in the building. It opens from 7AM until 9PM
- There is a blue bike station outside the building. You can rent bikes from the city. Please note it may not be available in the winter.
- There are shared areas in the building to do work.
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
This apartment was great. New building with a spacious cafe right next to it. The apartment was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Communication with evonify was perfect.
Le logement correspond au photo et était très propre. Les bus sont accessibles très facilement du logement, ce qui est pratique. Il y a un magasin alimentaire à 300m. Le seul problème que nous avons eu est que le canapé convertible qui est mentionné dans l’annonce ne l’est pas. Il n’y a pas moyen de le convertir en lit, ce qui est dommage vu que nous comptions sur 3 lits. Au niveau de la communication, les hôtes sont très réactifs mais on a du mal à savoir si on interagit avec un humain ou une IA… beaucoup d’échanges ont été infructueux (par rapport au lit et à la ventilation mécanique). Ventilation mécanique qui fait beaucoup de bruit et souffle beaucoup d’air froid dans les chambres, et il n’est pas possible de l’éteindre. Nous avons essayé de savoir comment nous pourrions l’éteindre par message mais nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelles. Literie et propreté: impeccables !
As a family of four with two young children, we appreciated the ample space this apartment provided us (the second bathroom was a HUGE win) and the safety of being in a secure building. Great location - we ate to Fido’s and Sloane’s - which we highly recommend. There’s also a Trader Joe’s within walking distance. We were able to easily access public transportation and Uber from this location. It was also very clean and organized. Don’t hesitate - book now!
