The apartment:
- 3BD/1BA apartment
- Note the room upstairs have an opening to the living room.
- This apartment has 1x king size bed, 3x queen size bed, and 1x sectional sofa.
- 7 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately
- There are stairs in the apartment.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremly expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $500. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $4000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown. Don't book if you cannot handle seeing homeless people.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

The loft apartment is in a good location. Tufts station is within walking distance and Chinatown is down the bridge! The apartment itself was spacious and the beds were comfy! Only thing that was annoying in the beginning was the lack of communication with maintenance coming to fix something requested by a previous guest and some parts of the apartment weren’t super clean but nevertheless, I’d consider staying here again!
The Loft was beautiful and spacious. The location was super easy to get to other key spots via Uber. The host was quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay there again.
Host was welcoming and responsive when answering any questions. The location was pretty nice - had a security desk upon entry. Walkable distance (if it's not storming) from Chinatown and Boston Commons. It gets a little louder during night w/ all the trucks and people walking the streets but that's normal. Unfortunately, we did run into a bit of a heating issue because the heat wouldn't run even when we turned it on heat instead of AC but we didn't want to bother the host as it was late into the night. There are some stains in the rugs & bedding but it looks to be from daily usage. One thing to note is that none of the rooms have complete privacy, theres sliding doors or curtains that views into the next room. Aside from the first floor bedroom that has an open top closet - the two second floor rooms are connected through a sliding door. All in all, we would stay again and would recommend to anyone else. :)
