The apartment:
- This apartment has 2x queen size beds in one room, another 1x queen size bed, 1x sectional sofa.
- 6 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremly expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $500. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $4000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown. Don't book if you cannot handle seeing homeless people.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

In general, the stay was enjoyable. We loved the living room, ver comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was very helpful in general. Some issues, though: The pictures are NOT from this appartment, they are from a similar one in the same building. Main Room: * This room is open to the living room. The walls do not go up to the ceiling, with 1 meter or so empty, leaving it open to the living room. No intimacy, noise and light coming in. * The door does not close well, meaning that you need to make a lot of noise (in the middle of the night), if you need to go to the wc * No plug close to the bed if you want to charge your phone. * The WC is upstairs, so you'll need a walk to do your pit-stops in the night * The curtains were good to keep morning light from coming in. WC: The shower could have more pressure. We missed having more towels Kitchen: Maybe acouple of cloths would be helpful Other than that, all good.
Our stay was very nice overall. The only thing is that the unit we stayed at did not match the photos posted for the unit on Airbnb. It had the same number of beds etc but the layout was different.
The place was in a good location, although we did need to Uber a lot. The building and unit felt secure and safe. The unit had everything we needed. It was definitely loud in the neighborhood, but the listing did mention that. The downstairs bedroom was very small, did not have a locking door, and the walls did not go to the ceiling so there was not much privacy.
