Check-In Details:

- Late check-out (until 1:00 PM) is also available for a small fee upon request
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, especially if requested last-minute

- A refundable security deposit of up to $550 may be required, per our insurance policy
- For stays of 28 nights or longer, a $3,500 refundable security deposit is required

- A doorbell camera is installed; any attempts to host parties will result in immediate cancellation and legal action

The place itself was nice and spacious, with a clean and well-maintained building. However, it’s a bit too far from the city downtown, which can be inconvenient if you’re using public transportation. One downside is the lack of bigger grocery or liquor stores nearby, making it challenging to get groceries at reasonable prices. While there is a small grocery store downstairs, I didn’t feel comfortable shopping there as most of the items looked poorly maintained. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you don’t mind the distance from downtown and are okay with limited grocery options
This apartment was fantastic, highly recommend. It overlooked Boston and had a great view from the floor we were on. It is clean and has everything you need as we stayed for over a week which was very helpful for eating in some nights and also being able to wash clothes. The service from Host was 10/10, response rate was extremely quick and any issues we had were sorted without hesitation. Our door handle was quite loose when we arrived but the next day they sent a team member out and fixed. We also needed extra bedding and within an hour they brought this over. Could not fault the host in any way. The area itself doesn’t have much around it apart from local shops and probably doesn’t look the nicest however it felt safe and had easy bus route access into the city. The gym is also a great additive to the apartment and has everything you need. I really recommend this stay especially for the price, as it ticked all the boxes and would stay here again.
