Very clean, comfortable lodging for our vacation to Boston
Our stay was wonderful! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was extremely clean and well put together. The beds were so comfortable which was great after long days of walking and exploring downtown Boston. I went with my parents for my Northeastern graduation and had an absolute blast. Just be aware that there are lots of school zones in the area so maybe leave a little bit earlier than usual to account for some traffic if you are using Uber/lyft or the T train system. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Boston! We absolutely loved it :)
PROS: well-maintained, spacious, renovated place; this place has almost everything needed, like home away from home; so impressed. competitive/good price (considering higher prices within Boston-city or Cambridge - due to more demands than supplies available, sadly). CONS: (1) If you are bringing a car, NO parking in this facility nor nearby neighborhood. This facility should state NO parking up front, in their first sentence. (covered garage is 15 minutes away, costing uber/lyft and extra trips = I am stunned that this corporate-operated airbnb does not have a parking slot in the lot behind/within the building, which was quite empty). (2) Bad location, too far from Boston city itself; without a car, very inconvenient. (3) this is the first/only airbnb with 5:00PM check-in in my experience, compared to 3:00 PM in most facilities. (4) mold/stains at bottom of shower curtain in 2nd bathroom. (5) non-stop fan noise in both bathrooms ceiling.
