The Apartment:

Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

I wanted to save on food costs so I really wanted a kitchen to reheat food in, and I also wanted my own laundry units. I picked this place because it had exactly what I needed. The laundry units were clean and odorless. The kitchen and bathroom were also both very clean. The thermostat / AC unit was finicky, but I had a breaker in this room and the host helped me restart it. It seems that other guests were abusing the thermostat because after restarting it and setting it at a reasonable setting the AC was working again. I have very strong dust, roach, and pet allergies but did not experience any allergies at all. I really appreciated that there were tide pods and a brand new sponge (!!!) available here too. I requested a kettle and the host provided one within 24 hours without needing to enter my room. The location is also a 2 minute walk from Broadway station and a 10 minute drive from the airport (without traffic)—extremely convenient. Thank you so much for having me!
Great STUDIO apartment! Very small, but nice amenities and upgraded appliances. Great for 1 person! Bed was comfy and washer + dryer was a plus. Multiple cabinet doors were broke, not there and/or peeling (closet door hinge even was broken off) but overall nice place!! Check in process was very cumbersome too, but they were responsive when I ran into issues.
Great place, comfortable, clean, modern. Super attentive host, perfect location, we would stay there again anytime.
