The Apartment:
- Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment.
- Huge Private Patio
- The patio will only be furnished from April until October.
- 1x King bed as well as a full size sofa bed.
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
- 1 full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Flexible self check-in process.

The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

Overall, amazing stay!! The location is in East Boston, around a plethora of unique & authentic Latino restaurants. Some seriously good quality food. 4 minute walk from the subway (Airport Statuon) which is also the Boston Airport! Also saves money getting a ride to your Airbnb from the airport. If you’re planning to head on a flight right after check out, it’s right there! The place was super clean & spacious, although some furniture in the living room area could be placed in a way to create more space and easier access to the nice terrace, but it didn’t take away from the environment at all. There’s 24/7 support which is super convenient if you have any questions at any time. That respond fairly quick as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to someone visiting Boston.

Great location, and the place was really nice. Everything was as described. My only issue was check in. We ended up having to check in over an hr later bc the cleaners hadn’t finished by 5. And though I can understand things happen, when we were finally able to check in there was cereal and chocolate all over the living room rug and trash bags as well as what looked to be a blunt on the balcony. Leaving me to question what the cleaners were doing all that time. I didn’t let the host know bc I didn’t want to feel like a nag but when I was asking to either check out an hr later or receive some type of refund for the inconvenience they kept giving me the running around. Saying they’d get back to me and never would. I probably asked 5x and each time my request was disregarded, until on the day of check out. I had asked again seeing how they never got back to me the entire duration of my stay and they said I couldn’t bc the next guest had requested to check in early.
