The Apartment:
- Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment.

- The patio will only be furnished from April until October.
- 1x King bed as well as a full size sofa bed.
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
- 1 full bathroom.

- Flexible self check-in process.
- Washer and dryer inside.
The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
The unit is as described. The host is very responsive and kind. The prices is great! I would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was nice, well kept, and modern. The train was only a short walk across the street which is convenient. There was an odd scent when we arrived, as if, some construction had taken place. There was new drywall going into the main level. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. Otherwise, everything looks exactly the same as the photos. Comfortable bed, the fridge kept our items nice and cold, and the shower had all temperatures of water! I would stay here again.
The unit, its layout, furnishings, provisioning, linens, cleanliness, location in the building, the building amenities (like balconies with garden and grill, large rec room with kitchen, workout room with great equipment), access with a concierge, the building’s location, etc. have all exceeded our highest expectations. The day after arriving I even wrote a very positive acknowledgement to the host about our initial impressions. We also had a unique challenge, needing wheelchair access that was a new experience for us - given that we came to Boston for a month for a medical procedure, and were presently surprised by how well such access was accommodated. The views from the unit with their oversized windows were excellent, including the large park across the street that we visited daily. There are lots of small bodegas in the neighborhood - with a large grocery store 15 min walk. We also enjoyed great local restaurants, and used the Blue line just across the park. Great find! Enjoy!
