The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

Great location, and very clean space. Everything was exactly as described. The host was accommodating and had great communication. We had a snag at check-in with access to the unit but they were good about communication and helping get it resolved. Parking in the area is almost non-existent but apparently all of east Boston is that way. Overall it was a great place to stay and it was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location was nice, close to a beautiful park, and the place itself was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of Bostons skyline from the rooftop . Unfortunately, the hosts were not very accommodating whatsoever. My mother is disabled, and we had a wheelchair being delivered the day of arrival . We were initially told we could check in early due to the delivery , but on the day of arrival that changed, leaving us sitting outside at the park for five hours with nowhere to store our luggage. We also asked for a late checkout since the listed time was 11:00 am and our flight left at 4:00pm and were told we could stay until the cleaning crew arrived. However, the cleaners showed up at 10:45 am, cutting our time even shorter. Overall, while the property was great, the lack of understanding and flexibility made our stay much more difficult than it needed to be.
