The Apartment:
- Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment.
- 1x Queen bed as well as a full size sofa bed.
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
- 1 full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.

The Building:
- There are two rooftops in the building.
- Gym is available from 7AM until 10PM
Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, you may encounter street noise.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $3500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

The location of this place was perfect for what my boyfriend and I were planning to do during our visit in Boston. Having the subway station close by was very convenient! It was also very convenient being close to the airport as well. The place was beautifully decorated and had clear instructions on how to check in/out. The only problems I had were getting locked out of the lobby when returning the keys to the lock box. I had the door propped open so that I would be able to exit the garage, but another tenant came through and slammed the door shut. I was lucky that I was traveling with my boyfriend and he was able to call him back into the lobby.
I had a great stay. The condo is directly next to the gym and roof top deck. Direct and convenient access to the airport and the city. Although they discourage parking, I did find parking on a daily basis close to the location of not in front. I truly enjoyed my stay there and will return in the future.
Wow! What a great place to stay while visiting Boston. The location is ideal for travelers; located right next to the airport T station which brings you into the city in just 2 stops. The apartment itself was furnished well and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were lucky to be able to find this spot after our original Airbnb reservation fell through last minute and we are thankful we ended up in such a great spot. The amenities of the building were also wonderful. The gym and community lounge/roof terrace are just steps from the unit. We were extremely happy and comfortable in this apartment and plan on booking here whenever we’re in Boston!
