I stayed at this property for a month as the first guest, and while the interior was well-appointed and comfortable, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to serious issues with the building and management. The neighborhood is unsafe, with visible crime with shootouts occurring daily. The building had major security flaws— a front door that did not stay secured—a heavy apartment door that locked automatically, making it easy to get locked out. The elevator went out of service, including once it required emergency fire response due to being trapped. The management team, which seemed to consist of the owner’s friend, was highly unprofessional. They showed up hours late to the elevator emergency, leaving us stranded outside. Also Extra fees. Apt had potential, but the unsafe environment, building issues, and unprofessional management made the stay stresful & not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend unless improvements are made to safety, management, and transparency.
