The Apartment:

- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

- Laundry facilities available in the building (paid separately).
Parking Information:
- Paid parking is available. You can purchase a ticket via the machine in the lot.
- We have no control over ticket prices and we don't control any towing.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Emotional support animals are not allowed either.
- You must declare a true service animal if you have one and you must have documentations.
Additional Notes:
- The apartment is located in a busy area, and street noise is common at all hours.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $550, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $4,000 refundable security deposit is required.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

Easy 5 star for all categories. Conveniently Located apartment. Good area. Adequate towels/accomodations. Best bedding of any airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Only negative was the brightness of the place in the AM from the sun. But i’m also not a morning person. I would not hesitate to rent this airbnb again.
This is a reasonably priced apartment near the West side of Boston University’s campus. It is conveniently located in Brookline between the Green Line’s C & B trains. It’s an easy walk to a park, a nature preserve, shopping & restaurants. I would give the apartment a high rating because of those things. There are just a few things that could be improved. The apartment amenities are sparse…we had to buy our own kleenex and the only sponge seemed to have been used prior. The listing says the couch is a queen size bed and is included as a place to sleep. However, there aren’t any extra pillows or blankets and the 1 extra sheet was a fitted sheet. I asked twice about bedding for the couch and did not receive a reply. We had trouble with the wifi and finally figured it out ourselves. The router is plugged into an outlet that needs its switch to always be in the on position. The vent in the bathroom ceiling needs to be cleaned. Whatever black stuff is in it periodically falls out.
A lovely apartment clean, comfortable and good neighbourhood. We did have WiFi trouble but great communication and we soon found the issue. All round good experience.
