Location: The building is situated in the Downtown Crossing area on a pedestrian-only street. The closest vehicle access point is a two-minute walk away.

The Apartment:
- Small Two Bedrooms apartment with a sofa bed

Parking Information:
- No parking available on-site. Guests are responsible for finding parking.
- Please note that the building is on a pedestrian-only street.
- Driving in Boston is not recommended as parking can be very expensive and challenging.
Check-In Details:
- Please adhere to the check-in time stated on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
- Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.
Pets:

- The apartment is located in a busy downtown area, and street noise is common at all hours.
- This reservation may require a refundable security deposit, up to $350, as mandated by our insurance policy.
- For reservations of 28 nights or more, a $2,500 refundable security deposit is required.
- As with many urban areas, you may encounter homeless individuals nearby. Please consider this when booking.
- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

Location outstanding! Less than one block from Boston Common in a pedestrian only area. Many parking garages nearby. The freedom trail and loads of historic sites are practically at your doorstep. Everything is walkable. The place is clean and safe with the basics provided. The management is responsive. Please note: paper towels and tissues are not provided, so bring them with you. The kitchen is supplied with the most basic of cooking and eating tools, so you will need to bring staples in addition to any groceries. There is a good sized Keurig machine with some pods if you prefer that. Good news is that there is a Starbucks literally next to the building and loads of other eateries close by. The place is great as a launching point for all Boston has to offer and walkable to most attractions. Good place for sleeping and chilling out between your dinner reservations and bedtime.
The place is accurately represented in the pics. The Good: central location. Clean inside. Pictures accurately represent the actual location. The Bad: 1. While the host was responsive when I told them the handle in the bathroom is so loose that it could fall off and leave someone trapped in the bathroom, they NEVER actually showed up to fix it. 2. One of the elevators smelled like urine. There was some ghetto guy hanging out on the stairs near the elevators two of the three nights we stayed there. 3. The location, while central and full of wonderful attractions, has a tinge of ghettoness at the same time. A bit dirty, some marginal characters hanging out outside among the tourists. This is reminiscent of misplaced liberal city management policy overall. I still felt safe with my family there, however my wife and kids did not feel completely comfortable.
Great location, clean place. It’s a little aged and cramped. Responses to assistance is slow and not helpful.
