The Apartment:

- We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

This was a very comfortable studio apartment. Great for one person; two might be a little tight in here. The bed and pillows were lovely, with really soft sheets! The cleaners perhaps used too much cleanser or didn't rinse because the odor of cleanser was overpowering when I opened the door, and was still there when I left two days later. The listing suggests that a client can request an early check-in but that was not true. The management company got back to my request for an early check-in immediately, which was nice, but disappointing since it didn't correspond to what was advertised.
Had difficulty getting into the AirBnb, we were told we could check in an hour early and found no key in the lock box. We waited to get inside for 2 hours with minimal response from the hosts. We did get a partial refund for the night, but it was days after we left and after several reminders through the apps messenger. The actual space was just like the pictures and was located right in downtown and was very walkable. It was clean and just what we needed!
The space was nice and the location is great. What would make this particular airbnb listing experience wonderful is if they improved their customer service. After I checked out, received a passive aggressive of them informing me that I needed to check out (which I already did). After telling that I have already checked out 2 hrs ago, they brushed it off until I shared with them that they cannot be send out such abrasive messages and as a mistake too, and they needed to apologize as that reduces the guests experience. Beautiful space, terrible customer service.
