The Apartment:

- A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
- This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.

The location was incredible. Steps away from everything. Nice place, very clean. The view wasnt great, but we came to see Boston, not sit in the room and look out the window. I would definitely come back and stay here.
We had several issues during our stay with Evonify. Our reserved unit was not clean or ready upon arrival, and communication around moving to another unit was unclear and disruptive. We were repeatedly contacted during the day while I had other obligations, and at one point were even told other guests might access the temporary unit, raising security concerns. While Airbnb Support was responsive and helpful in addressing the situation, Evonify was difficult to work with and did not handle the matter appropriately. The lack of transparency and consideration made the stay stressful and inconvenient. I would not recommend booking with Evonify, but I do appreciate Airbnb stepping in to help resolve the issue.
In a pinch we booked this Airbnb. The place was small and dingy. Walls were dented and marked up from other guests and nothing was done about it. The bathroom had rust on the medicine cabinet, fire sprinkler, and ac vent. Apartment was small and awkwardly laid out. It also shared a wall with the 2 elevators for a 12 story building, so all night you hear the noise of elevators. It sounded like a loud upstairs neighbor was wheeling around luggage at all times. The neighborhood was sketchy and unsafe feeling. We stayed one night of a 3 night reservation and as we got into an uber to go to a hotel the next morning we witnessed a drug deal. The host wasn’t helpful when I mentioned and sent pictures of all of the issues. I told them I already booked a hotel so I wouldn’t even be using the Airbnb and asked for any help since they don’t mention how loud it is in the apartment or how sketchy the area is. They wouldn’t help me at all and didn’t respond to Airbnb support either. 0/10
