Location:
- Located in the Southend area of Boston.
- 10-15 minutes drive from Logan Airport.
- 5 minutes walking from Boston Medical Center.
- 20 minutes walking from Mass Ave subway station orange line.

The apartment:
- This apartment has 2x queen size beds
- 1x full bathroom and 1x Half bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer available in the building for a fee.

Parking:
- Parking is not available.
- Street meter parking is free from 8pm until 6am
- We don't advise bringing a car to Boston.
- Use the spothero app to find alternative parking solutions.

Pets:
- Pets are allowed for a fee.
- The fee depends on the length of the stay and ranges from $25 per night to $7.
- You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

Check-in:
- Self flexible check-in.
- Unless you have approval, you must check-in on or after the indicated check-in time.
- The check-in instruction sheet will be emailed to you within 24 hours from check-in day.

Check-out:
- Unless you have approval, you must check-out on or before the indicated check-out time.
- Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges.

You Must Know:
- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit up to $500 for reservations under 28 nights.
- Reservations longer than 28 nights are subject to $3000 security deposit, full background and credit check.
- You are required to provide a picture of your ID and a selfie picture while holding your ID. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- You can provide the required pictures directly on our portal.
- We have doorbell cameras.
- Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee removal fee and may result in termination of your reservation.
- Parties are absolutely not allowed under no circumstances. This will result in termination of your reservation.
- Our system will automatically check if you have any violent criminal history. If you do, there is a chance we will cancel this reservation.
- Due to the City Ordinance, AC is unavailable between October 15th and May 5th.
