The apartment:
- 3BD/1BA apartment
- This apartment have 1x King size bed, 3x queen size bed, 1x sectional sofa.
- 7 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Laundry is available in the building. You will have to pay for it separately
- There are stairs in the apartment.
Parking:
- No Parking on premise. It is your responsibility to find parking.
- We don't advise driving in Boston. Parking can be extremly expensive and a big hassle.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $500. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $4000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location. You're in downtown Boston and the location is very noisy at all hours.
- You will encounter homeless people. You're in downtown. Don't book if you cannot handle seeing homeless people.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were also very responsive to any questions or requests I had, making the entire experience seamless. The place was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to, which made me feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here!
Scary part is at the end. Unusually late check in time of 5pm. Contacted company to request entry an hour early since it was 25 degrees outside & we had luggage. They denied this saying they were too busy to accommodate. In the hour we waited, not one person came in or out of the building meaning no one was inside. They easily could have shown us this courtesy. The apartment itself was very nicely furnished and quite comfortable. Note that it is not accessible. One flight of stairs to main space & another to upper bedrooms & only bathroom. The bathroom looked like it was from a cheap motel. Showering was unpleasant due to whatever was happening with the head. Here is the terrifying part. I was woken one morning to a strange man in the apartment. My heart jumped out of my chest! 20 minutes AFTER this, they email to tell me maintenance will be coming in under 45 minutes. Even if their timing was right, 45 minutes in not ample nor respectful notice for the guest. DONT RENT CORPORATE UNITS
