Great location
Except for the location and for the two bedroom, not much else can be said about the apartment. The builiding is a little bit scary specially the basement where the laundryroom is. The hallways are dirty and smell of marijuana constantly. The apartment has no direct sunlight exposure and the only windows face a patio with exhaust fans filled with cigarette butts and some other litter. The cleaning of the apartment could also be improved and the bathroom needs an extreme makeover. The very first night the toilet got clogged and we had to buy a plunger cause there was none in the apt. On a final note, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The price was amazing and the location was great. Pictures did not match the posting. When I mentioned it, I said that’s fine except missing a sofa bed made a tight squeeze (kids had to sleep together). They told me that a sleeper sofa doesn’t mean pull out.. so it’s just a regular sofa.. when I mentioned there were no towels or trash I kept being told someone would bring them and they never did. We never got to shower and had come from the children’s hospital so it was already a stressful time. We bought our own trash bags to use. They gave us a $28 discount after I refused to send a receipt to get refunded for the trash bags because that seemed silly. When we checked in we were told that to get the key card access, we had to send a copy of our drivers license and $200 through a secondary website. I refused, but they did allow me to do it though Airbnb because that felt safer. Overall, it will be a decent place to stay once those problems are fixed.
