The description and photos are accurate. You have Common Park, Green Line, and Orange Line within a block. The apartment was confortable for the three of us (me and my parents) and was well equiped in general. We ended up spending a lot of time in it because it was raining a lot that week, it doesn't have a lot of natural light but you are not suposed to spend your vacation inside anyways! I had to contact the host twice and they were super responsive. Some small details to consider: - there are two screens/pads to enter the building code they give you, but only one of them works with the code, I would suggest adding that in the instructions. - they warn about the street noise, but it seems like a lot of students live in the building and Friday/Saturday was kind of crazy with young people yelling on the halls. - there is some construction in a nearby building so if you open the windows you will hear the noise starting at 7am.
Nice and clean place. Well situated locations
Truly amazing location, just around the corner from the Boston Commons, close to back bay, short walk across the commons to Beacon Hill. Very close to all the T stops. The place itself was clean and everything worked perfectly, the building looks fancy outside but is a little run down on the inside. Once you’re in your room you’re good. For sure the neighborhood is loud and busy and there are some homeless, but honestly that’s the price you pay for the location, never felt unsafe. The people who work for Evonify are great and very helpful. Overall we loved it and would definitely go back next time we’re in Boston.
