We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it! The team was very responsive and friendly 😊. One area for improvement is that there were no cleaning supplies available to help keep the space tidy (such as Clorox wipes, all-purpose cleaner, stove cleaner, or a dustpan). Additionally, although the unit has an oven, there were no baking dishes provided, which would be especially helpful for longer stays like ours (8 days). It would also be beneficial to include a few more kitchen items, such as additional knives or cooking utensils. When we arrive the toaster oven seemed dirty and the kettle was full from the previous tenant and not cleaned and empty. The couch is diffirent and way smaller in person and It’s very hard to open the fridge. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. Dishwasher pods and laundry pods were provided, which was a nice touch! The host was very responsive to concerns.

Great clean place to stay in

The apartment does not match the pictures shown in the listing. The sofa is extremely small and placed so close to the refrigerator that opening the fridge door properly is very difficult. The second bed is a foldable bed and is very uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a proper night’s rest. The bathroom was another major issue. There is no bathtub, and when taking a shower, water spreads all over the bathroom due to poor design. There were no cleaning tools provided—no mop or basic supplies to clean the bathroom or the apartment. We only received a mop after specifically asking for one. Several advertised amenities were missing. For example, the listing shows a blender, but there was none in the apartment. We only received it after requesting it. Even worse, when the missing items were delivered, the person knocked extremely hard on the apartment door without any prior notice, which frightened my wife and showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism.
