The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x queen size pull out sofa bed.
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Great spot just outside of downtown, was about a 20 minute uber. Place was spotless and put together very nicely. We stayed for just a night and used it for just sleeping purposes. Im an RN that travels a lot and would consider a long term stay here if I ever find myself in Boston for a contract. The only criticism I have is there was no soap or hygiene products in the bathroom. This is a condo building that uses their own system outside of airbnb to manage the booking. This was kind of a pain but was really only an additional 5 minutes of work but for the value it was worth it. I did have to pay an external booking deposit which wasn't my favorite but they returned my deposit within 1 business day so it was fine.
The place was clean and comfortable with new furniture and appliances. It looked just like the pictures too. The couch pulls out into a queen bed so that was helpful. Evonify was also very responsive; someone parked in our parking spot one of the nights and they responded with a solution within minutes. The location is also very convenient if you want to get to cambridge and boston (given you have a car). Overall a very comfortable stay, thanks Evonify!
Honestly, the place was very clean, private, looked just like the photos. I would stay again now that I know how they operate, the location is great and the space is super nice, close to a hotel stay on quality. Beyond the unexpected additional refundable security deposit required to be paid in order to receive your check-in instructions, I was happy there. The was a delay in even knowing which unit to go to, code for the building and room because I was on a flight and traveled there only to find out when I arrived that I needed to fill out an additional security form and provide ID & photos plus a security deposit. Just be prepared and you should be fine!
