The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x queen size pull out sofa bed.
- 3 guests MAX.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:
- Please adhere to the check-in time on your reservation.
- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

I’m utterly disappointed writing this review. Everything was seemingly fine in the beginning host was responsive and tried to be helpful. I reached out to the host because I had an issue with amenities, for one the water was an issue because it went very cold after just a few minutes as well as an issue with the heater that was only blowing cold air he did try to give solutions on how to fix it however once I stated that the options weren’t working for either of my concerns host stopped responding. (It’s Massachusetts in the middle of February it was very cold ) I contacted host on my second day of my stay very early in hopes of rectifying the situation but there was no response. However we did have maintenance come knocking a few times but still no response from host or any warning about anyone coming to the house. It is also to my knowledge that while we were away someone had gained access to get into the unit I left the oven open to go to the car and came back to it closed.
