The unit was ok, but the overall experience was impacted by poor handling of an issue after checkout. While preparing to leave, I accidentally dropped my Apple Pencil under the couch. I planned to retrieve it but was rushed out because cleaners arrived early and were very unpleasant and unprofessional, creating pressure to leave immediately. I contacted the host right away, as I knew exactly where the item was left. I was told the cleaners did not find it, and communication since then has been slow, short, and unhelpful. I was repeatedly asked to provide proof the item was there, which is not required since I already submitted it to Airbnb. Follow-ups were promised but never happened, yet I continued receiving messages encouraging me to leave a review. Additionally, the property required a $250 deposit outside of Airbnb, which felt uncomfortable and inconsistent with Airbnb policy. Overall, professionalism and communication were disappointing.

Noise! Noise! And more noise! There is construction going on in the area, but directly across the street is a rig yard where at least 20 rigs start their engines as early as 3:00 am in the morning. I thought it was a one time thing, but it happened every night during my four-night stay even on the weekend. The furniture in the pictures is deceiving the couch was hard to sit on and the pullout was worn and no pillows were made available. The basic amenities like dishwashing soap, a cleaning sponge, kitchen towels, and bathroom hand towels were not made available. The bedding in the room did not look clean and there was no laundry soap for me to wash them for peace of mind. I ended up purchasing pillows and laundry detergent during my stay. It was a good thing, I didn’t make any meals otherwise I would have had to provide those cleaning items to wash the dishes. The listing states there may be noise, but I think it’s their way of covering themselves. “Some noises” is an understatement.
