The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.

Check-in:

- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.

- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Evonify is a terrific host - extremely responsive company getting back to me in almost real-time no matter what time I messaged them. The apartment itself was spotless and had great new amenities in the unit. This stay would have been a 5/5 if it were not for the location. To explain, you never know the exact address until you book. In this case, being unfamiliar with the town, I googled the general area ahead of time and thought it was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, this precise building seems to be apart from other residential buildings in the area and is surrounded on all sides by industrial parks, some of which are quite active and noisy on weekdays, starting at around 730 AM. Additionally, the building appears to be along one of the runway flight paths for Logan airport so overhead aircraft can be quite loud (although not between 10pm and 730am). Ultimately, if you come just for the weekend or don't spend much time in the unit during the day, this is a non issue.
This is not a bad place to stay if you have a rental car and don’t mind staying outside of the city. With a car you can get into the city pretty easily. The building and unit were clean and easy to access, but the neighborhood is very industrial. Our view was an Amazon fulfillment center and a cargo yard. The hosts were responsive and clear in their instructions, but I found having to submit an application outside of Airbnb annoying and unnecessary.
