The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.

Check-in:

- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:

Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Great place to stay close to the city. The pictures do not accurately depict the apartment we stayed in. It was much smaller than anticipated and certainly wouldn’t fit 4 people as described (thankfully there were only 2 of us). There was a lot of early morning noise being right next door to industrial lots. (i’d recommend bringing a fan to cover the noise) Overall a very clean place with up to date amenities. It served its purpose of being a place to sleep very close by (15ish min drive to downtown) in such an awesome city. Would ultimately stay again.
Comfortable stay!
Nice place, but they assign the actual apartment through a separate system after booking, which means the room you get isn't necessarily the one in the photos. Seems like they have over 4 different layouts in the building. We were given one that was much smaller and lacked many of the things in the pictures (eg. no dining table, no counter-bar with seats, half the number of windows, smaller space by a lot (these extra things wouldn't even fit in the size of the room we got)). I suspect that they took their best places and used those for the photos of all of them, but assign randomly / based on availability. Otherwise, location was actually way better than it seemed on first blush (its only 15-30 min walk from ~3 separate nice locations - Encore in one direction, a strip mall with Market Basket in another, and Everett downtown + parks in another). Also, note: due to location, there is truck and construction noise in the area, and the windows are not that isolating.
