Parking:

- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Boston! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. We felt comfortable and welcomed from start to finish. Definitely planning to come back again—highly recommend!
While the unit was clean, the stay had concerning issues. The listing says a deposit "may be required" but doesn’t disclose the amount until after booking which seems misleading. Heating was terrible — the unit never really got warm despite the thermostat being up. As an IT professional, I was very concerned about the WiFi and network security. All Airbnb units and TVs are linked on an unsecured network. Anyone connected could very easily access other devices or data. Someone on the network was casting their YouTube videos to my TV during my stay. A huge red flag. The bathroom showed a bathtub in photos but had an ADA roll-in shower instead, again misleading. Assigned parking was nonexistent — the spot I was assigned was taken all weekend with no towing enforcement, despite being asked for full vehicle details. The elevator was blocked for hours due to a move, which is very inconvenient carrying luggage up 5 flights. This stay simply wasn’t worth it.
Definitely had a great stay, loved how modern everything was! My only thing was the shower was a bit difficult to finesse (just a building flaw). Not much to do in the immediate area, we drove to a lot of places but was never far away/super inconvenient! Would definitely stay here again!
