Parking:

- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Great place to stay at in Boston!! Convenient location and great conditions in every aspect!! Highly recommend!!!
This was by far my worst Airbnb experience -There was no wifi and the TV didn't get channels. Spent about an hour and a half proving to them that wifi wasn't working. They never got it working -The front door has no deadbolt and closes by just the spring-loaded latch. The apartment is in a sketchy industrial neighborhood and the front door can easily be forced open. -Loud dance music played from 10pm to at least 630pm. I was unable to sleep with earplugs in. I notified the host at 3am and they wanted me to send them video/audio of where the music was coming from in the 6 floor building. -They provided 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for a 5 night stay for 2 people -I checked out after the 1st night, and they attempted to charge me for a full night plus maid fees. I tried working things out with them, but they dragged things out. I had to get Airbnb involved to get the full refund They "host" a bunch of properties in the Everett area, so BEWARE!!!!
This was not a great AirBnB experience, but it was much cheaper than any other option for the week I visited. The building is extremely poorly built - the door to my unit barely closed and I'm sure a good kick would have opened it. The whole building smells strongly like a mechanic's garage for some reason, and there is a crazy loud machine noise that comes and goes. They've done a decent job furnishing the apartment; the sofa and bed were comfortable and the kitchen had some things to eat out of. However, the towels were cheap and all a little stained, and it was missing a lot of basic things. There's an unopened ironing board hanging in the closet, but no iron for instance. The location is terrible. It is extremely industrial, so all day and night you hear trucks coming and going from everywhere and getting to anywhere in Boston requires driving. There was also always someone in my parking space. The host's agents were very nice when I called, but I had to call every time I parked
