The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and convenient to the places we needed to go. The access instructions were clear and made it very easy to access the apartment. During my one month stay, the host was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had. For example, when a car parked in our designated space, our host worked quickly toward a resolution and stayed in touch with us until the matter was resolved. And during our stay, Boston experienced freezing temperatures and one of the street-level water pipes burst. Again, our host kept us informed and worked with local utilities to get the issue resolved quickly. Thank you for being so responsive! It made our time there wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Das Appartment 604 war sehr sauber nur der Duschvorhang hat bereits unangenehme Flecken drauf am oberen Ende. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr geräumig. Das WiFi ist top sowie auch der Fernseher mit allen notwendigen Apps ausgestattet ist. Das Bett ist sehr weich, für uns war es eher auf der zu weichen Seite. Eigentlich ist das Apartment super, leider war es einfach viel zu laut während unseres Aufenthalts. Nicht wegen den Nachbarn, sondern aufgrund einem permanenten (Tag und Nacht) anhaltenden sehr tiefen Brummen. Ähnlich wie von einem Kompressor. Dies war sehr deutlich zu hören als wäre es direkt im Schlafzimmer/Appartment. Wir haben dies gleich zu Beginn gemeldet, jedoch hat sich während den 6 Tagen nichts geändert und wir wurden immer vertröstet. Da die Fenster dünn sind hört man den Verkehr draussen ebenfalls, dies haben wir bereits gewusst.
