The apartment:

Parking:
- Parking is available for ONE vehicle only. You will be assigned ONE parking spot.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial vans are allowed.
Check-in:

- Early check-in is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- 1pm Late check-out is available for a small fee. It can be requested on our portal.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability if requested last minute.
Pets:

Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2500 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party/ragers will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.

I needed rest before a big presentation, and the space was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, and very clean. I felt safe and at ease the entire time thanks to the building’s security, which really mattered to me. The temperature was easy to adjust to my liking, the internet was fast, and every amenity I needed was available. There was a moment when the oven and microwave stopped working, but I messaged the host and received a response within a minute with clear instructions, and the issue was resolved right away. The location was also convenient, a quick Uber ride to shops and malls. Overall, it was a lovely stay. I would happily stay again.
The apartment in Everett was well equipped and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Customer service was great – when another car had parked in our assigned parking lot (which happened two out of four nights unfortunately), we were able to reach someone at Evonify immediately and they gave us a new parking spot. The staff were very friendly and responsible. The reason for the 3-star review is that there was a loud, pulsing mechanical hum most of the time we were in the apartment; it was unpleasant, and loud enough to make the couch vibrate and to interfere with falling asleep. We were on the top floor (Room 605), and the noise was clearly coming from a motor on the roof - probably a heat pump. We would have requested an apartment change but we were out every day and got back late in the evening, so it didn’t seem feasible. We’d happily stay there again, but next time we will request an apartment on a lower floor.
Great stay enjoyed my self would book again. Great access to public transport made going to the city easier and painless.
