- This apartment is on the third floor. No stairs need to be taken.
- There is a small gym in the building.
Parking:

I would love to give a positive review because there is much to recommend about this place. The apartment and building itself were quite nice. The big problem was that the air conditioner didn't work and while Evonify responded to my emails about the problem, nothing got done and there was no concern expressed, apologies made or updates on what was happening. When we first got there, there was a unit in the window that provided air conditioning in the living areas, but once the bedroom doors were closed the air conditioning did not reach those rooms. After a couple of days, the unit mysteriously disappeared which indicates to me that they knew there was problem. Once I notified them about the air conditioning not working, they were responsive, but then there was never any follow-up even after I inquired about progress. This is not a unit where you should plan to do any cooking. The pans are all scratched and there are aren't many utensils, so a lot of handwashing is needed. O
My stay was wonderful. Everything went smoothly from check‑in to check‑out. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would happily stay again.
Unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable due to the air conditioning not functioning properly. The temperature inside the apartment reached approximately 82 degrees, making the unit excessively hot—especially for my family. This issue persisted for several days. What was most disappointing was not only the lack of working air conditioning, but also the lack of proactive communication or outreach from your side. No one contacted us to check on our comfort, offer interim solutions, or show any gesture to help offset the conditions we were experiencing. I personally spent hours documenting the issue and had to request repairs multiple times before a technician finally arrived on the third day. Even then, the AC could not be fixed, and the technician left a temporary portable unit as a stopgap measure. By that point, the majority of our stay had already been impacted.
