- Located in Riverside area of Austin.
- 20 minutes walking from the river.
- 2 miles from Rainey st.
- 3 miles from the capital.
- minutes walking from restaurants, grocery stores, and CVS
- 10 mins drive to the Airport

The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the third floor. No stairs need to be taken.
- There is a small gym in the building.

Parking:
- Parking is available for one car only.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
**Please note that the parking space provided is unreserved, hence it is first come first served.**

Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. fifth animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.
- Subject to Street noise due to location.
- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history. Our system automatically checks.
