The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the first floor. Elevator in the building.
Parking:
- Free garage parking attached to the building for one car only.
- You will have to walk from the garage to the building.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Thank you for having us! Everything was clean, it was an easy check in and very descriptive instructions and information. On the down side at night the facility feels kind of sketchy, there’s no doorman and I got lost trying to get to the room from the parking lot and there were 2 guys smoking in the stairwell. Besides that the location is good and convenient, close to the bridge to NYC and staten Island. Nice grass area, my son had a good time running, amenities are not available, the place that has all the amenities seems to still be under construction. The actual place itself did not offer much, a lot of outlets didn’t work, no garbage can, sink in the bathroom was clogged so I didn’t brush my teeth there. One of the towel hangers on the wall was for show, it was not attached to the wall. Bedroom ac didn’t work… Not stocked at all for guest, I have been to less modern places that offer way more to their guest. The all in one washer is also pointless, I rather go to the laundry mat.
On the first day we moved in, we were told several times that the heater was broken and wouldn't work and the sink couldn't be used because it wouldn't drain. However, he never came and after answering two or three times, he cut off contact. Really cut off contact. I sent several emails asking for help, but there was never a response. It was so cold that I had no choice but to buy and use a personal heater, and because I couldn't use the bathroom , I had to wash my face in the kitchen for a month. The soundproofing is so poor that even the slightest sound from the house above is transmitted, and the house next door plays music that makes the house resonate until past 11 p.m. Still, no one sanctions it. There is no manager in the building. It was the worst experience I've ever had and I never want to go again.
