The apartment:
- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the first floor. Elevator in the building.
Parking:
- Free garage parking attached to the building for one car only.
- You will have to walk from the garage to the building.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.

It was a good stay overall. The place is nice and super close to a big grocery store. The host was incredibly responsive. One caveat is the window in the bedroom can't be closed (as mentioned in other reviews) and noises and smells from outside do get in sometimes.
Many issues occurred during my stay that dropped my rating significantly. There were dirty dishes, dirty sheets, gum on a pillow, unclean floor, stains on the sofa bed and sofa pillows, not enough towels for all guests, and only one roll of toilet paper. Since the place came with a laundry unit, I thought I could simply wash the sheets before going to bed. However, the laundry machine is a two-in-one, meaning it dries and washes, but NOTHING DRIED!! The machine washed very well, but I tried drying the sheets and they never dried, even after running the dryer feature for over 10 hours. By then, anything I washed smelled spoiled. I did reach out to the host once about getting an extra towel and another toilet paper roll, but they never followed up to my request. Though, I did receive frequent messages about checking in and checking out. The locality of this place is alright!! A ~20 minute walk to the nearest station, followed by a ~30 ride to NY Penn. However, I wouldn’t stay here again!
