- This apartment has 1x queen bed and 1x full side pull out sofa bed.
- 1x full bathroom.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Self flexible check-in.
- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee.
- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment.
- This apartment is on the first floor. Elevator in the building.
Parking:
- Free garage parking attached to the building for one car only.
- You will have to walk from the garage to the building.
- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed.
Pets:
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Things to Note:
- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from our insurance.
- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit.

- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation.
- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges.

My apartment was missing the refrigerator and I sent a message to my history about it and he said he had pulled out the refrigerator to substitute it for a new one but it had to arrive. I let 3 days pass and I sent him a message following up and he could tell me the time frame for the delivery of it. I report it to Airbnb support but they told me they could reimburse 30% of the whole stay due to the inaccurate state of the apartment. At the end they never reimburse me anything and right now The apartment was also lacking security measures since the window on the bedroom was just closed with a nail and nothing else. The window side view is the street and I felt like in any time someone could open it. There were inconsistencies in little things such as the shower curtain leaked water or the towel hanger being broken but what was important was the refrigerator and the none to little help I received from Airbnb and the host.
